At Gulvora Elite, we carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, we are happy to assist with a replacement or return under the following conditions:

Damaged Product Policy

  • Customers must record a complete video while opening the package.
  • The opening video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the damaged product inside.
  • Claims without an uncut opening video will not be accepted.
  • If the product is confirmed damaged in the opening video, we will offer a replacement or return according to our policy.

Return Request Time

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
